5. Carefully roll up the dough lengthwise, like a jelly roll, and pinch the seam to seal. Tuck the ends under.
6. Place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet. Make a few small slits on top to allow steam to escape.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
