Instead, she claimed she’d been trying to clean something off the garage door.
That explanation made no sense.
The footage clearly showed her carrying a can of black paint, dipping a roller into it, and deliberately applying fresh paint to the door.
When the officer pointed that out, she changed her explanation again.
She said she had been angry.
She wouldn’t explain why.
The officer told us the investigation was continuing and advised us to avoid direct confrontation.
