you should probably be reasonably confident that you can handle it.
Airlines have baggage rules for a reason.
People shouldn’t expect strangers to automatically carry their belongings.
Nobody owes you free luggage service.
All of that is fair.
But at the same time…
Are we really at the point where helping someone lift a suitcase two feet into an overhead bin is considered some enormous violation of personal responsibility?
Because that’s the part I couldn’t get past.
