is where I think most stove arguments fall apart.
Because both types have advantages.
And both have things that can drive you absolutely crazy.
Gas stoves?
Those grates.
Those little pieces.
The burners.
The corners.
The food that somehow gets underneath something you didn’t even know could come apart.
You can clean the entire kitchen and somehow the stove still looks like it remembers everything you have ever cooked.
And electric?
Try waiting for a surface to cool down when you are in a hurry.
