grass matter?
Once my neighbor explained it, I started realizing that mowing wet grass isn’t necessarily as simple as “the mower gets wet.”
The problem is what happens when the grass is wet.
Wet grass can bend instead of standing upright, which can make it harder for the mower to cut evenly.
Instead of getting that nice, clean cut, the mower may struggle through clumps of grass.
And then there’s the grass clippings.
Dry clippings tend to scatter.
Wet clippings can clump together.
They can stick underneath the mower deck,
