Apparently the Way I Wait to Get Gas Is Stressing Everyone Out

I didn’t realize the way I wait to get gas genuinely stresses people out until someone got in my car, looked at the dashboard, and immediately said:

“You need gas NOW.”

I looked at the fuel gauge.

The little gas light was on.

And I thought:

“Yeah. That’s why it’s on.”

To me, this wasn’t an emergency.

This wasn’t a crisis.

This wasn’t even particularly inconvenient.

It was simply the car letting me know:

“Hey, we’re getting low.”
